Care Core keeps one record for everyone in your organisation. Starting someone, changing their role or recording their leaving is a single action, saved together or not at all, and every change is announced to your other systems. It brings the staff record, the team structure and the people you support into one product.

What it does
Joiners, movers and leavers in one go
A preview shows what leaving will do before you record it: team places and key worker links end, follow-up tasks are created, and the login stops after the last day.
The whole staff record
Registrations, supervision, appraisals and learning with what is due soon, plus TUPE, working time, visa, apprenticeship and leave. National Insurance and bank details are stored encrypted.
Staff keep their own details current
Staff update their own details, photo and signature; the changes that matter wait for their line manager to approve.
Teams and people we support
Teams in a hierarchy with who was in each one on any date, support episodes, care needs, contacts and key workers.
Microsoft Entra support
Sign-in with Microsoft work accounts (OpenID Connect) and SCIM provisioning of joiners and leavers are built in. They have been tested against a simulated tenant; ask us about setting them up for yours.
An API and webhooks
A documented REST API with scoped keys and an OpenAPI description, and signed webhooks that carry identifiers and dates only.
History kept, mistakes caught
Nothing is deleted, every change is in an activity log, and consistency checks find a leaver still in a team or a key worker who has gone.
Moves data across
Imports people, staff and teams from other systems with a dry run first, so you see what would happen before anything changes.
